GCyber is seeking a Program Manager to support a large DoD agency. You will lead cyberspace operations and CSSP delivery, with responsibility for staffing, performance, and contract deliverables across two task areas.

You will engage with the Contracting Officer’s Representative to resolve issues, ensure schedule adherence, and drive continuous improvement across government programs requiring active Secret clearance.

Formación

• 10+ years managing a DoD cyber program of similar size.
• Bachelor's degree required; 4 years of additional experience may substitute.
• PMP and CISSP or CISM certifications.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily program execution across cyberspace operations and CSSP teams.
• Coordinate with COR to resolve issues and ensure contract deliverables.
• Deliver monthly status reports and contract deliverables on schedule.
• Maintain staffing through recruiting and backfill within 60 days.
• Oversee workforce qualifications, clearances, and tool training under DoD 8140.
• Lead transition-in and recurring management reviews.
• Manage staffing and performance against subcontract requirements.
• Identify performance risks and coordinate corrective actions with Government.
