Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead DoD/CSSP programs, ensure RMF compliance, and drive high-quality cyber defense outcomes. You’ll coordinate with customer leadership, PCO/COR, and government teams to ensure cohesive execution.

Responsibilities include end-to-end management of contract requirements, overseeing CDRLs, and leading cross-functional teams while maintaining training and certifications for personnel.

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 8+ years managing DoD/federal cybersecurity or IT programs $30M+/year.
• Certifications: PMP; CISSP/CISM strongly preferred.
• Technical: DoD program PM across RMF, cyber defense tools, CDRLs, SOP/TTP.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of CSSP and Cyberspace Operations contract requirements.
• Implement process improvements to increase mission efficiency and reduce risk.
• Oversee development and delivery of CDRLs and government reports.
• Coordinate with customer leadership, PCO/COR, and government teams for stakeholders.
