Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. seeks a Program Analyst to support CSSP operations within the DODIN environment. The role is hybrid, reporting to a mission-support team handling onboarding, documentation, and service delivery.

Responsibilities include drafting agreements, processing technical documents with engineering and cybersecurity teams, and ensuring compliance and timely communications with subscribers. A Secret clearance with DoD familiarity is highly preferred.

Qualifications

Secret clearance required; DoD Top Secret/SCI preferred.
US citizen; fluent English; 1 year customer service experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with cloud platforms.

Responsabilités

Serve as primary contact for onboarding cybersecurity services for subscribers.
Process technical documents and develop technical solutions with engineering/cyber teams.
Draft formal agreements and invoices with accuracy and compliance.
Evaluate subscriber artifacts, funding, and services for ongoing alignment.
Assist in authoring SOPs, TTPs, support guides and templates.
