Peraton is seeking a Project Manager to support day-to-day program management, scheduling, reporting, and coordination for a USCYBERCOM program. You will assist in managing deliverable execution, coordinating between technical teams, and maintaining data and KPIs.

This position is hybrid with anticipated 75% of time at customer location and requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. Clear written and verbal communication with senior leadership is essential to success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required with business or technical focus.
• 5+ years of demonstrated DoD project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; effective with government and senior leaders.
• Experience with schedule management, risk tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and sprint-based delivery teams.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and enforce program governance, delivery methodologies, and reporting standards across projects.
• Ensure deliverables quality and on-time delivery per contract requirements.
• Promote PMO standards, SOPs, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate program-level risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Maintain program dashboards, forecasting data, and executive reporting.
• Translate complex technical information into understandable program and business impacts for leadership.
