General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a DoD Defensive Cyber program from San Antonio, TX.

You will orchestrate scheduling, risk management, and financial reporting while ensuring contractual adherence and strong customer relationships. The role requires 8+ years in DoD/enterprise IT program management, 5+ years managing TS/SCI programs, and PMP certification.

Formación

• 8+ years in program management for large‑scale DoD or enterprise IT/cyber programs.
• 5+ years managing TS/SCI programs.
• 5+ years leading Agile or DevSecOps transformations.
• Certification: PMP.
• US citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee execution of a large DoW Defensive Cyber Program as enterprise orchestrator and senior point of accountability.
• Manage integrated master schedule, risk management, performance reporting, and monthly MSR reporting.
• Deliver PMR at least every six months to review cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and government stakeholders across a multi‑vendor environment; ensure RMF/ATO processes.
