Peraton is seeking a Project Manager to support day-to-day program management for a USCYBERCOM program in a hybrid role, with 75% on-site at a customer location. The position requires strong coordination skills across technical teams, governance, and executive communications.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with a business or technical focus and 5+ years of DoD project management experience, including Agile/Scrum familiarity and proficiency with PM tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with a business or technical focus and 5 years DoD project management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Experience in project coordination, project management, or program support roles, preferably within IT or software development programs.
• Working knowledge of schedule management, risk tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience supporting sprint-based delivery teams.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare clear, concise status reports and briefing materials for Government and senior leadership audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, track deliverable deadlines, and elevate issues in a timely manner.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day program management and scheduling.
• Coordinate between technical teams and management.
• Manage data, KPIs, and special projects.
• Maintain program governance, standards, and reporting.
• Prepare executive briefings and roadmaps for leadership.
• Maintain SharePoint documentation and collaboration spaces.
• Provide clear status updates to senior leadership.
