Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Technical Program Manager to directly support the Cyber line of business. You will interact with customers and subject matter experts to understand cybersecurity needs, drive programs, and coordinate engineers across cross-functional teams focused on cybersecurity and advanced network systems.

The role includes leading multi-year government programs, managing budgets and schedules, and delivering detailed briefings and documentation for customers.

Qualifications

• Requires Top Secret security clearance and ability to obtain additional clearances as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of related work experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-disciplinary projects involving networking, cybersecurity, and software development.
• Experience coordinating development of complex systems through customer interaction to define requirements and software development cycles.
• 5+ years of experience managing multi-year government programs, including budgets, schedules, staff, and facilities resources.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and subject matter experts to understand current and future Cybersecurity needs.
• Impact cybersecurity by developing, proposing and winning programs.
• Coordinate a team of engineers in cross-functional activities related to cybersecurity and advanced network systems.
• Organize the efforts of engineering teams for government R&D programs, including personnel oversight and software development/production.
• Define project requirements with customers, plan and schedule commitments, manage staff assignments, and develop program budgets and timelines.
• Lead project team meetings and track action items to completion.
• Provide detailed briefings and documentation for customers on project status and technical solutions.
• Maintain communication with customers to address evolving needs and spark new business opportunities.
• Provide leadership in growing our technical breadth and high-performing teams through training and recruitment.
• Recommend process improvements and development practices.
• Drive fulfillment and extension of department strategic initiatives.
• Guide internal R&D programs with high impact.
• Participate in Bids & Proposals and New Business Development efforts.
