Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in engineering or cybersecurity field or related government experience.
• 5+ years developing concepts, systems, or analytics with systems engineering knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; able to lead in teams.

• Understand multiple layers of operations and apply lifecycle knowledge to cyber capabilities.
• Ensure systems are designed and developed in an effective, orderly manner.
