Job summary

Leidos Inc. seeks experienced Joint Fires Operational Planners to support USCYBERCOM with on-site operations, targeting, and planning.

You will work with CNMF, JTF-ARES, and J3 to secure tactical objectives and achieve strategic end-states through advanced cyber and information operations. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, a BA/BS in a related field, and strong experience in joint targeting and operational planning.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• BA/BS or higher in Cybersecurity, CS, Intelligence Studies, or related field (or near completion).
• DoD/IC Joint Targeting certification required or comparable.
• DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate Operational Planning support for Joint Fires targeting.
• Coordinate targeting strategy with DISA, NSA, and other agencies.
• Develop cyber TTPs to aid future operations planners.
• Act as liaison between capability SMEs and developers during planning and operations.
• Draft and refine USCYBERCOM joint targeting policies and guidance.
• Support JTWG/JTCM/JTCB and other boards to synchronize target requirements.
• Prepare strike packages and Cyber fires/Information Operations target packages.
• Monitor target development lists and conduct target systems analysis.
• Support integration of targeting activities into the joint targeting cycle.
• Guide transition of Fires tasks to the CMF.
• Analyze All-Source and technical data to identify cyber threat patterns.
• Collaborate across USCYBERCOM to enhance situational awareness.
• Maintain awareness of APTs, TTPs, and cyber threat trends.
• Provide crisis plan execution support as needed.
• Communicate complex information clearly in written and verbal form.
