Job summary

Tyonek is seeking an IT/CST support specialist to assist the Air Force Cyber Warfare Formal Training Courses. Responsibilities include desktop support, ticket coordination, diagnostics, and system maintenance for 1000+ desktop systems, with training material development and user instruction as required. This on-site role requires DoDI 8570.1m IAT II certification and a TS/SCI clearance, with relevant education/experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a TS/SCI clearance.
• DoDI 8570.1m IAT Level II certification required.
• Education/experience: Associate's Degree with 4 years experience OR High School/GED with 7 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide CST and IT support for Air Force Cyber Warfare Formal Training Courses.
• Set up, configure, test, and optimize hardware and software.
• Address and manage trouble tickets; document repairs and maintenance.
• Perform system diagnostics and repairs for desktop, network, and peripheral devices.
• Train users and prepare training materials; coordinate with relevant desks.
