Job summary

Tyonek Native Corporation seeks an IT Support Specialist to perform CST functions and client-level information technology support for Air Force training courses. Responsibilities include desktop support, setting up service, testing equipment, addressing tickets, and maintaining system documentation.

Required qualifications include TS/SCI clearance, IAT Level II, and degrees or years of experience as listed. Must be able to service 1000–2000 desktops as growth is expected.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• DoDI 8570.1m IAT Level II certification required.
• Associate's Degree with 4+ years or HS/GED with 7+ years of IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support and desktop assistance.
• Manage and track trouble tickets with IT Desk.
• Install and configure software and hardware for internal/external customers.
• Perform system diagnostics and document repairs in ticketing system.
• Maintain and repair computer/electronic networks and peripherals.
• Train users on hardware/software usage.
