Job summary

Tyonek is seeking personnel to perform CST functions and IT support for Air Force Cyber Warfare training programs. The role includes desktop support, system diagnostics, software/hardware installation, and security patching across 1000–2000 desktops and related networks.

Candidate must hold a TS/SCI clearance and DoDI 8570.1m IAT Level II certification, with a combination of education and experience as specified. Post-offer testing is conducted.

Qualifications

• Must have a TS/SCI clearance.
• DoDI 8570.1m IAT Level II certification.
• Associate's Degree with 4 years experience or High School/GED with 7 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform CST functions (client-level IT support) and configure, manage, investigate, and diagnose information systems.
• Provide desktop support, process trouble tickets, and coordinate with support desks.
• Set up services for internal and external customers including equipment installation and testing.
• Run system diagnostics, document repairs, and replace components to restore operations.
• Install and configure software OS and applications; maintain hardware/software records.
• Monitor information systems for security compliance and apply patch maintenance.
• Develop training materials and train users on hardware and software use.
• Collaborate with staff to determine requirements for new systems or modifications.
