Job summary

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Intelligence Planner to support the DIA CICADAS task order at Fort Meade, Maryland. The role involves integrating defense and national intelligence support into operational planning across the DoD.

The candidate will develop campaign plans, manage crisis planning, participate in JOPES processes, and coordinate intelligence annexes with stakeholders. Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in intelligence planning with a portion in the last 2 years.
• Master’s degree required; alternative: 17 years with a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist in integration of Defense and national intelligence support into operational planning across DoD.
• Develop campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time-sensitive planning per JOPES.
