Job summary

B&A is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the DIA Cyber Intelligence Center Analytic Development and Services (CICADAS) task order at Fort Meade, Maryland. The role oversees project operations, ensuring schedules, resources, and relationships with customers are aligned for successful delivery.

Minimum 12 years with a Master’s degree or 17 years with a Bachelor’s degree are required, along with an active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with a Master’s degree.
• Minimum 17 years of experience related to the specific labor category with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph; adjudicated/completed within the past five years.

Responsibilities

• Manages project operations to ensure production schedules are met, resources are utilized effectively, and proper relationships are established with customers.
• Responsible for cost, schedule, performance and risk identification/mitigation on projects including systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities and other activities.
• Coordinates resolutions to production-related problems.
• Provides Project Management/Supervision and Direction to ensure successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract.
• Ensures tasks are received, logged, and assigned to appropriate sections/personnel for completion.
• Monitors task progress and coordinates with requester for additional time or clarity if needed.
• Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the project including technical issues and business processes.
