Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cyber Infrastructure Support Lead to lead hands-on IT security operations across Windows and Linux, focusing on reliability, performance, and security.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate with IA, engineering, and operations teams, implement security policies, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with RMF, NIST, and STIGs. Requires active TOP SECRET clearance and DoD 8140 IAT II certification.

Qualifications

• Active TOP SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree and 8–12 years related experience in Information Systems or related field.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification required.
• Experience with RMF, NIST, ICD, and CNSS standards.
• Experience with vulnerability and compliance scanning tools (SCAP/ACAS).
• Strong Windows/Linux administration, security, and virtualization skills.
• Ability to operate in a changing regulatory environment and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux systems securely.
• Automate routine tasks with scripting.
• Lead coordination with IA, engineering, and operations teams.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to information system, network, and security events.
• Develop CM procedures and IS security documentation.
• Develop and enforce IS policies and procedures.
