Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Cyber Infrastructure Support Lead in Concord, MA. This hands-on, leadership-focused role manages Windows and Linux environments, drives security engineering, and guides a team through CM, STIG, and RMF processes to ensure reliable and secure IT services.

You will mentor engineers, coordinate projects, and partner with IA, engineering, and operations to deliver secure IT services. Strong scripting and governance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active TOP SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of related experience or Master’s with 6–10 years.
• Knowledge of RMF, NIST, ICD, CNSS standards.
• DoDM 8140 IAT Level II certification required.
• Experience with SCAP/ACAS vulnerability tools.
• Windows, Linux, and virtualization in secure networks.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• DISA STIG implementation and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and secure Windows and Linux systems at scale.
• Automate routine tasks via scripting.
• Collaborate with IA, engineering, and operations teams.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events and incidents.
• Develop CM procedures for security software, hardware, and firmware.
• Develop and enforce Information Security Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain IS Authorization documentation (Body of Evidence).
• Lead changes; participate in Change Control Board and Scrum boards.
• Mentor junior engineers; provide technical guidance (≈20% leadership).
• Support audits, risk assessments, and continuous monitoring.
