Job summary

Leidos is seeking a senior DevSecOps leader to design, implement, and continuously improve secure development practices across mission applications and cloud infrastructures.

You will drive secure CI/CD pipelines, IaC implementations, and automated security testing while supporting RMF, ATO, and continuous monitoring activities. Mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross‑disciplinary teams are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Twelve+ years in DevOps/DevSecOps, cloud or cyber security roles.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field; advanced degrees welcome.
• Proven track record securing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infra, and automated deployments.
• Experience supporting enterprise apps in secure/classified environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve SecDevOps processes for mission applications and cloud/on‑prem environments.
• Develop and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
• Integrate secure coding, vulnerability management, and automated security testing into SDLC.
• Design IaC solutions to deploy secure, scalable environments.
• Mentor developers and engineers on secure software engineering and cloud practices.
• Support RMF/ATO activities and continuous monitoring.
