• Proven incident management and crisis management experience.
• Detailed understanding of cyber incident response concepts, attacker techniques and threat themes.
• Experience writing incident response plans and scenario playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of cyber incident response engagements with clients.
• Manage cross-functional teams and provide advisory leadership.
• Drive business development activities, proposals and client pitches.
• Develop and coach team members; promote an inclusive team culture.
• Travel on-call roster to support UK/EMEA clients when needed.
