Job summary

TransUnion is seeking an Admin Assistant II to support cyber incident response delivery, case tracking, and billing activities. This remote role may require occasional in-person attendance at events, reporting to the Sales Manager.

You will maintain case notes, coordinate with billing, and provide professional administrative support across stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in an administrative role, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
• Relevant education or certifications may substitute for experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English across organizational levels.
• Problem-solving, interpersonal and organizational skills with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage case tracking activities, the case-management system, and billing processes.
• Maintain accurate case notes and records in the database.
• Ensure records are closed before billing begins.
• Coordinate with billing and sales support teams for accurate billing.
• Provide professional service to internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Support Incident Response delivery team with administrative tasks.
