Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a proactive project manager to oversee a portfolio of cyber incidents and data breach cases in a fast-paced environment in the United States. You will act as the main liaison for clients, vendors, and internal specialists, coordinating breach communications and data processing to ensure timely resolutions.

Ideal candidates bring 3–7 years of client-facing experience and 1–5 years in project management, with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP and data-cleaning).

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of project management experience or equivalent education.
• 3–7 years of client-facing experience in a high-pressure service environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and data-cleaning functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of cyber incidents and data breach cases with minimal supervision.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal specialists.
• Coordinate breach communications, data processing, and project administration.
