Job summary

Workday seeks a senior leader for Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, Compliance & Trust to drive enterprise-wide GRC programs in a matrixed, global environment. You will architect AI-first security transformations, champion policy-as-code and secure IaC, and align with Legal, GCO, Product, and Platform teams to secure investment and governance.

With 12+ years in GRC leadership, you will influence executives, define KPIs, and scale initiatives while communicating complex risk in clear terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years in GRC or business leadership, shaping governance and compliance programs.
• Minimum of 10+ years in GRC domains, regulatory landscapes, and GRC technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity and GRC programs, aligning with executive leadership.
• Architect strategic transformation programs and drive policy-as-code and secure IaC across the organization.
• Partner with Legal, GCO, Product, Platform, and Cybersecurity to drive risk-aware decision making.
• Translate risk and security telemetry into clear, executive-level guidance.
