Coupang is seeking a Security GRC Manager in the United States to lead enterprise cybersecurity risk management and control governance across AI and security domains. You will drive scalable risk methodologies, forge unified frameworks, and report executive risk metrics.

You will collaborate with Engineering, AI GRC, and Control Assurance to ensure continuous risk visibility and measurable risk reduction across our global technology stack.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, or a related field.
• Experience building or maturing cybersecurity risk management capabilities in complex environments.
• Proven ability to translate technical weaknesses into business risk and drive remediation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity and AI risk management across high-scale tech environments.
• Develop and maintain a unified risk taxonomy and governance framework with AI GRC.
• Establish actionable risk registers and data-driven risk oversight with KPIs.
• Define control objectives, ownership, and effectiveness criteria across teams.
• Partner with Control Assurance to ingest testing trends and remediation needs.
• Mentor a Security GRC team and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
