Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the Maryland CODEX engineering team, responsible for development, mentoring, and management of engineers across programs. You’ll ensure resources meet on-contract work, IRAD, and FEOTB needs.

Reports to the Director of Engineering, Technology, and Solutions EM. You will drive staffing, performance management, and leadership support to advance technical excellence and program success.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
• Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience.
• Proven leadership and team management in engineering.
• Experience in cyber operations engineering (offensive/defensive).

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers across multiple programs within CODEX.
• Staff execution initiatives with qualified personnel and clearances.
• Conduct performance reviews and guide career development.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and program managers to ensure successful execution.
