Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex government programs in our CODEX division. You will manage complete lifecycle from initiation to closeout, oversee schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensure compliance with FAR and contractual obligations while engaging senior government stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in government/technical programs, TS/SCI with CI Poly, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years managing government programs in technical or IT environments.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Core competencies in budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of FAR and government contracting.
• Exceptional communication with government customers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with program management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface with government customers and key stakeholders.
• Direct complete program lifecycle from initiation through closeout.
• Create and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, deliverables, and performance standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Develop and present program status reports and executive briefings.
• Provide technical leadership in decision-making and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Lead cross-functional program teams and drive performance growth.
