Job summary

Nightwing is seeking an exceptional Engineering Lead to serve as the senior technical authority for architecture, strategy, and engineering standards across programs. You will mentor 50+ engineers, drive DevSecOps transformations, and ensure system integrity in complex, national-security missions.

Responsibilities include defining scalable architectures, coordinating with IC stakeholders, and delivering secure, interoperable solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, cybersecurity, engineering, IT, or related STEM.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCISO, GCDA, Security+ CE, CySA+ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority across the program portfolio.
• Define architecture, strategy, and engineering standards.
• Lead 50+ engineers across multiple disciplines and programs.
• Drive DevSecOps, CI/CD, and security-by-design practices.
• Interface with customers, leadership, and IC stakeholders on technical matters.
