Job summary

Deloitte seeks an AVP for Cyber Detect and Respond to lead end-to-end managed SOC delivery, strategy, and financial performance. You will supervise onshore and offshore teams, translate threat intel into detection content, and drive modernization across SIEM and SOAR capabilities.

The role requires a decade of security leadership experience, strong client delivery skills, and the ability to manage complex incidents while guiding staffing, budgets, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in security monitoring, security engineering, or security analytics.
• 10+ years delivering cybersecurity managed services with client delivery responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed in the qualifications.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end managed SOC delivery for assigned clients, ensuring SLAs, quality, and data protection.
• Translate threat intel into detection logic, use cases, and client reporting; expand coverage with UEBA.
• Set roadmaps for Cyber Detect and Respond services, including SIEM modernization and SOAR capabilities.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams; oversee performance, escalation, and complex incident handling.
• Own engagement financials, including margin, staffing, forecasting, and executive reporting.
