Job summary

Deloitte seeks an AVP for Cyber Detect and Respond to own delivery, strategy, and financial performance of managed SOC engagements. You will lead onshore and offshore teams to solve complex cybersecurity challenges facing top clients.

You will drive roadmaps for services, modernize SIEM, implement UEBA and SOAR capabilities, and coordinate with executives to ensure profitable, secure engagements across environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security monitoring, security engineering, or security analytics.
• 10+ years of experience leading cybersecurity managed-services delivery with client delivery responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information security, mathematics, decision sciences, risk management, or engineering.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on client/work needs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end managed SOC delivery for assigned clients, including SLAs and data protection.
• Translate threat intelligence into detection logic, use cases, and client reporting; expand UEBA coverage.
• Set roadmaps for Cyber Detect and Respond services, including SIEM modernization and SOAR capabilities.
• Oversee onshore and offshore teams, manage performance, escalation, and incident response.
• Own engagement financial performance, governance, staffing, forecasting and executive reporting.
