Qualifications

• 10+ years in security monitoring or analytics with SOC leadership.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity managed services delivery and governance.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Experience leading delivery, staffing, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end managed SOC delivery, including SLA performance and data protection.
• Translate threat intel into detection logic, use cases, and client reporting.
• Set roadmaps for Cyber Detect and Respond services including SIEM modernization.
• Lead onshore and offshore teams, oversee performance and incident remediation.
• Own engagement financial performance, forecasting, and account planning.
