In this role, you will be the main claims liaison between multiple insurers and the Claims Manager for assigned personal lines claims. This role will also be responsible for all administrative duties with a newly established Captive Insurance Program, such as running required bordereau reports, establishing workflow compliance, issuing payments, maintaining enrollment records, and all other associated tasks.

What You'll Bring:
  • 3-5 years of Insurance Claims experience in property/casualty
  • Bachelor's Degree or Claims Designation
  • Excellent writing and communication skills are required, ability to review policy and draft detailed Reservation of Rights and Denials.
  • Must be able to obtain continuing education credits.
  • You must have at least one insurance adjuster's license in your domiciled State and the ability to obtain further adjuster licenses as required.
Preferred Skills:

Whether proficient or needing development, we support growth in:

  • A background in Captive Insurance programs is a plus.
  • Ability to grow into a role that will be a key contributor in a new Captive Cyber Insurance initiative.
  • Able to learn and grasp insurance concepts as well as cyber-related claim scenarios.
Impact You'll Make:
  • Collaborate with claims manager and internal Resolutions/Fraud Team to identify and document handling strategies within the scope of personal cyber coverages.
  • Work with claims software systems to track claims diary, assignments, notes, and create reports.
  • Create and run required reports for the Captive Insurance Program.
  • Take ownership of the Captive Insurance program to ensure operational excellence.
  • Identify coverage issues and draft appropriate correspondence to policyholders.
  • Process claims following best practices under guidance from the claims manager.
  • Serve as a point of contact for reinsurance partners in the Captive Insurance Program.
  • Complete training in cyber claims and stay updated on trends and best practices. Maintain licenses and continuing education requirements.
  • Act as a liaison for establishing and documenting workflows for the Captive Cyber Insurance program.

Pay Scale:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $51,700 - $75,000 annually. Actual compensation depends on various factors including education, experience, skills, location, and responsibilities. Some positions may participate in bonus plans or long-term incentives.
