In this role, you will be the main claims liaison between multiple insurers and the Claims Manager for assigned personal lines claims. This role will also be responsible for all administrative duties with a newly established Captive Insurance Program, including running required bordereau reports, establishing workflow compliance, issuing payments, maintaining enrollment records, and all other associated tasks.

What You'll Bring:
  • 3-5 years of Insurance Claims experience in property/casualty
  • Bachelor's Degree or Claims Designation
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to review policies and draft detailed Reservation of Rights and Denials
  • Must be able to obtain continuing education credits
  • Hold at least one insurance adjuster's license in your domiciled state and the ability to obtain further licenses as required
Preferred Skills:

Whether proficient or needing development, we support your growth in:

  • A background in Captive Insurance programs is a plus
  • The ability to grow into a role contributing to a new Captive Cyber Insurance initiative
  • Ability to learn insurance concepts and cyber-related claim scenarios
Impact You'll Make:
  • Collaborate with claims manager and internal teams to identify and document handling strategies within the scope of personal cyber coverages
  • Work with claims software to track claims, create reports, and manage claims data
  • Create and run reports for the Captive Insurance Program
  • Own and ensure the effective operation of the Captive Insurance program
  • Identify coverage issues and draft appropriate correspondence to policyholders
  • Process claims following best practices and guidance from the claims manager
  • Serve as a point of contact for reinsurance partners
  • Complete training in cyber claims and maintain current knowledge of industry trends
  • Act as a liaison in establishing the Captive Cyber Insurance program, documenting workflows

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $51,700 - $75,000 annually. Actual compensation depends on various factors including education, experience, skills, location, and market conditions. Eligible employees may participate in bonus plans, long-term incentives, and other benefits.
