Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Cyber AI Security Manager to bridge AI engineering and cybersecurity. Lead security strategy and delivery for AI-enabled solutions, ensuring robust protection of client data and compliant practices.

You will collaborate across teams to prototype scalable AI security capabilities, improve risk management, and drive secure adoption of GenAI/ML in client engagements. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years' cybersecurity experience focused on securing software and data.
• Proficiency with NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
• Hands-on AI/ML or GenAI solutions, including LLM APIs and AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI developers, DevOps, and product teams to identify security risks.
• Support security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management for AI systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy secure AI/ML applications with focus on protecting PII.
• Document security protocols and promote security awareness within the team.
