Job summary

VBeyond Corporation seeks an experienced CX architecture specialist to design and optimize NICE CXone architectures and LiveVox-enabled call flows across voice and digital channels.

You will develop high-level and low-level designs, data flow diagrams, and routing plans to ensure scalable, highly available systems. The role involves leading integration with CRM/ERP/WFM/QM and analytics, supporting telephony integrations, and driving AI-driven enhancements across the CX stack.

Responsibilities

• Design NICE CXone architecture and call flows for voice and digital channels to support inbound and outbound interactions.
• Define data flow diagrams and routing plans for scalable, high-availability systems.
• Lead integration of CRM/ERP/WFM/QM and analytics with telephony using REST/SOAP/Webhooks.
• Support telephony integrations and drive AI/automation enhancements across the CX stack.
• Conduct architectural reviews, validate designs, and approve integrations/scripts.
• Provide guidance on CXone modules: ACD, IVR, WFM, QM, Analytics, Digital Channels.
