Gainwell Technologies is seeking a DC CX Trainer to support Medicaid and Medicare operations, delivering engaging training, onboarding new hires, and driving performance improvements. You will partner with leaders to design curricula that build workforce capability.

This hybrid role combines onsite training delivery with flexible scheduling, covering onboarding, refresher, remediation, and change-management initiatives to boost customer experience and operational excellence.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience delivering corporate training programs.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led training, onboarding, or performance improvement.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to apply adult learning principles and adapt training approaches.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on large-scale initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver instructor-led training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans, guides, and training materials.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to identify learning needs and implement solutions.
• Facilitate onboarding, refresher, remediation, and change-management training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Support knowledge transfer, updates, and system implementations.
