Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of Customer Experience/systems-related experience with demonstrated technical and analytical capability.
• True systems/business analyst mindset: investigative, analytical, accountable, and able to perform root‑cause analysis.
• Advanced Excel/reporting skills (pivot tables, formulas, large data sets).
• Power BI/dashboard capability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system issues, business impacts, and requirements; coordinate solutions with IT and development teams.
• Support system enhancements, process improvements, and CX optimization.
• Build and analyze Excel and Power BI reports and dashboards to drive insights and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI to improve efficiency and processes.
• Design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate training programs using the ADDIE framework.
• Develop training materials, job aids, and TWI Job Instruction resources aligned with policies and best practices.
