Job summary

V2X Inc in the United States is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to support enterprise transformation across Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition. You will document current processes, redesign to a common standard, and partner with vendors to drive automation.

You will lead discovery sessions, build business cases, design future-state processes, and support mergers and acquisitions integration. Strong communication and collaboration across business and technical teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years in business analysis, process improvement, or enterprise systems delivery.
• Experience with ERP, HCM, and enterprise-level Talent Acquisition platforms.
• Experience documenting current-state processes and designing future-state processes in Finance, HR, or Talent Acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and HCM systems and data movement between them.
• Experience authoring functional and technical design documentation.
• Experience standardizing processes across business units or functions.
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions integration or organizational restructuring.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with process owners to document current-state processes, rules, exceptions, volumes and effort.
• Analyze processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities and build business cases.
• Facilitate future-state design and drive standardization across units.
• Support organizational changes and integration of acquired businesses.
• Author functional and technical design documentation to V2X standards.
• Partner with implementation and automation vendors through design, build and deployment.
• Develop and execute test plans, lead user acceptance testing, and support cutover and post-deployment support.
• Configure and test automation solutions and retain delivery knowledge within V2X.
