Job summary

Bancroft in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our technology team. The role blends business analysis, system optimization, AI/automation enablement, integrations, and enterprise application support.

The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and passionate about using modern tools—including AI—to improve business processes. This is a hybrid, full-time exempt position in the IT department.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business.
A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Proficient with computer business applications.
Prior experience in Health and Human Services, specifically in the Autism and IDD space is preferred.
Prior Experience is Core Solutions CX360 or other similar EHR- Preferred.
Project Management Skills Preferred Knowledge of electronic health records and healthcare information regulations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
Analyze workflows and design efficient, scalable, and secure system solutions.
Configure, customize, and optimize cloud and off-the-shelf applications.
Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities (RPA, chatbots, NLP, predictive analytics).
Support systems integrations (APIs, SFTP, iPaaS, HL7) and ensure data accuracy and performance.
Test applications, troubleshoot issues, and assist with deployments and updates.
Create documentation, training materials, and provide end-user support.
Build dashboards and reports; analyze data to drive process improvements.
Collaborate with IT teams and participate in cross-functional projects.
Maintain compliance with security and data protection standards.
