Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires 2+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent experience.
• Working technical proficiency with automation, scripting, or AI tooling sufficient to build and configure solutions directly, not just specify them for someone else to build.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of picking up new tools quickly.
• Ability to work independently against a loosely scoped problem with general direction rather than detailed supervision.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment, including shifting across projects and stakeholders on short notice.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to work directly with non-technical business owners.

SUMMARY

As a Senior Analyst, you will identify and build on new opportunities to transform how Services Operations works with AI. You will work directly with SMEs and leaders to build, test, and deploy automation and AI solutions, driving innovation in the way we operate and uncovering new ideas that can scale across Services Operations. This is hands-on, close to the work, and fast-moving by design.

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $91,800 - $118,800
