Job summary

Panduit is seeking a Systems Analyst to transform business challenges into smarter systems, streamlined processes, and better customer experiences. You will analyze requirements, build dashboards, and partner with IT and cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of Customer Experience/systems-related experience with analytical capability.
• Strong Excel (Pivot tables, formulas) and Power BI skills; translating between business users and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system issues and requirements; coordinate solutions with IT and development teams.
• Build and analyze Excel and Power BI reports to drive insights.
• Identify opportunities for automation and AI to improve efficiency.
• Develop training programs and materials using the ADDIE framework.
