You should bring a background in customer service or sales, experience with Zendesk or similar systems, excellent written and verbal communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work varied hours Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service or sales.
• Experience with Zendesk or comparable customer service system (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail.
• A customer-first mentality.
• Availability for varied hours from Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday- Saturday (holidays may be required).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, engage in live chats, and answer phone calls regarding product and order inquiries
• Assist with customer orders, shipping issues, and returns processing
• Be a brand expert and knowledgeable about all products
• Be a solutions minded advocate when faced with complicated situations
• Communicate with our warehouse and shipping partners to resolve outstanding issues
• Analyze customer feedback and coordinate with management to continuously improve the shopping experience
