Job summary

Lulu and Georgia is seeking a full-time Customer Experience Specialist to join our remote team. Based in Los Angeles, CA, you will engage with customers via email, live chat, and phone, assisting with product inquiries and order issues.

You’ll coordinate with our warehouse and shipping partners to resolve problems and help improve the shopping experience. This role suits someone who enjoys interior design, eCommerce and sales, with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

• Availability for varied hours from Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday- Saturday (holidays may be required).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emails, engage in live chats, and answer phone calls regarding product and order inquiries.

• Be a brand expert and knowledgeable about all products.
• Be a solutions minded advocate when faced with complicated situations.

Lulu and Georgia is looking for a full-time enthusiastic and hard-working CX Specialist to join our growing team. You will work in a fun and fast-paced environment where multitasking and problem solving are key. In this role, you’ll work closely with our customers and vendors as part of a small cross-functional team. This position requires high-level communication via email and chat. This is a great role for someone who is interested in interior design, eCommerce, operations, and sales.
