Job summary

Integra Beauty Inc. is seeking a proactive Customer Experience Representative to support our L'ange Hair brand customers from our Ohio operations. You will work with Marketing and Operations to resolve inquiries and drive satisfaction.

The role emphasizes clear written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration, and timely ticket handling; expected to respond to at least 160 tickets daily. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm with potential OT.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience in ecommerce.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to handle multiple tickets daily and prioritize.
• Familiarity with online platforms and order management.
• Proactive problem-solving and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, friendly customer service via tickets, email, and chat.
• Triage issues and respond to at least 160 tickets per day.
• Cross-sell and refer customers to support business goals.
• Address inquiries and complaints with effective solutions.
• Document trends and report to management.
• Guide customers through returns and replacements.
