Job summary

Busch Vacuum Solutions is seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Program Specialist to join our U.S. headquarters in Virginia Beach, VA. You will own Voice of Customer programs, maintain CX dashboards in Power BI, and partner with service, sales, and marketing to translate insights into action.

We require 2+ years in CX or related roles, strong data/reporting skills in Excel/Power BI, and willingness to travel up to 10%. Competitive compensation in the $84k–$98k range plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of experience in Customer Experience or related role.
• Experience creating or maintaining business reports, dashboards or performance metrics.
• Experience using Excel and Power BI to build dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Manage Voice of Customer programs (CSAT, CES, NPS) and other feedback initiatives.
• Maintain CX dashboards and reporting, prepare monthly/quarterly insights for leadership.
• Own day-to-day CX programs and coordinate activities with stakeholders.
• Identify trends and opportunities from customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Marketing and other teams on CX projects.
• Support process improvement, journey mapping and program documentation.
