Job summary

Busch Vacuum Solutions, headquartered in Virginia Beach, is seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Program Specialist to lead and improve CX programs across the organization. You will own Voice of Customer initiatives, surveys, CX reporting, and data-driven insights, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive action.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in CX, analytics or related roles, proficiency with Excel and Power BI, and experience building and maintaining dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Experience, analytics, or related role is required.
• Experience with Voice of Customer programs and dashboards is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and survey tools to create or maintain dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage Voice of Customer programs including CSAT, CES, NPS and other feedback initiatives.
• Maintain recurring CX dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.
• Own assigned CX programs and drive improvements across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actions.
