Ipsos is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst within the Customer Experience (CX) team in the United States. This technical role focuses on configuring Qualtrics surveys, dashboards, data feeds, and automations, while maintaining client relationships through high-quality execution.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in CS or related field and 1–3 years of survey programming or technical experience in market research or CX, with proficiency in Qualtrics, SQL, and API integrations.

Bachelor's degree required.
1–3 years of related experience in survey programming or technical role within market research or CX.
Hands-on proficiency with Qualtrics for survey programming and dashboard configuration.

Mansioni

Program and maintain online surveys; build dashboards and reporting in Qualtrics.
Write and run SQL queries to support data processing and reporting.
Set up and manage API connections, data integrations, and automations.
Process and load client-supplied sample files with accuracy.
Review specifications, ask questions for clarity, and suggest improvements.
Execute against project plans and meet deadlines.
Test, debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues; escalate as needed.
Own platform maintenance tasks and reliability.
Support report development for QBRs and ad hoc analysis.
Participate in client communications and potentially lead work streams.
Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
