Job summary

Ipsos is one of the world’s largest research companies, focused on delivering data-driven insights for leading organizations. The Senior Programmer Analyst within the CX team will configure surveys, dashboards, and data feeds, while building robust integrations and automations across Qualtrics and Medallia platforms.

You will work with clients on large-scale programs, translating requirements into reliable technology and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience in survey programming, platform configuration, IT, or a technical role within market research or CX.
• Hands-on proficiency with Qualtrics, including survey programming and dashboard configuration.
• Background in IT or programming with comfort using technical language across systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL, and experience with APIs, integrations, and automations.
• Experience with Medallia is a plus; Qualtrics/Medallia certifications are a plus or willingness to earn them.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to communicate technical info to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Programming and maintaining online surveys and building dashboards in Qualtrics.
• Writing and running SQL queries to support data processing and reporting.
• Setting up and managing API connections, data integrations, and automations.
• Processing client-supplied sample files with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Reviewing specifications and seeking clarity, proposing improvements.
• Executing tasks per project plans and meeting deadlines.
• Testing, debugging, and resolving issues; escalating major issues promptly.
• Taking ownership of ongoing platform maintenance tasks.
• Supporting report development for QBRs and ad hoc analyses.
• Participating in client communications and potentially leading work streams.
