Job summary

Ipsos in the United States is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst for the CX team. The role focuses on building and maintaining Qualtrics and Medallia platforms for large-scale client programs, configuring surveys, dashboards, data feeds, and automations.

You will work closely with a Technical Manager and Director to translate requirements into working technology. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of related experience in survey programming or CX are expected, along with strong SQL and API

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years of related experience in survey programming, platform configuration, IT, or a technical role within market research or CX.
• Hands-on experience with Qualtrics, including survey programming and dashboard configuration.
• Background in IT or programming with ability to work across systems using technical language.
• Working knowledge of SQL, with interest in APIs, integrations and automations.
• Qualtrics/Medallia certifications are a plus or willingness to earn them.

Responsibilities

• Program and maintain online surveys in Qualtrics and build dashboards/reports.
• Write and run SQL queries to support data processing and reporting.
• Set up and manage API connections, data integrations, and automations.
• Process and load client-provided sample files with accuracy.
• Review specifications and suggest improvements for clarity and quality.
• Estimate effort and meet project deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing programs; escalate larger issues.
• Own ongoing platform maintenance tasks.
• Support report development for client reviews and ad hoc analysis.
• Participate in client communications and potentially lead work streams.
