Job summary

Escalent Consulting seeks a skilled Survey Programmer to join our analytics team in the United States. You will program complex surveys in Qualtrics, integrate with external tools via API, and support fieldwork with clear data delivery.

You will work on multiple modules, collaborate with project teams, and adapt to different technologies to deliver accurate insights for clients. EST shift is required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience programming surveys, mainly in Qualtrics.
• Experience integrating Qualtrics with Oracle/other tools via API/JSON.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration.
• Willingness to work EST shift.

Responsibilities

• Understand client and project context for survey requirements.
• Program error-free surveys in Qualtrics on multiple modules.
• Manage survey programming work streams independently.
• Provide updates on survey programming and fieldwork.
• Program complex surveys and customize aesthetics on the Qualtrics platform.
• Explore other Qualtrics features and related tools.
• Knowledge of other platforms like Decipher and Confirmit.
• Support scripting using HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery for additional functionality.
• Handle post-processing of survey data and fieldwork setup.
