Job summary

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise/ Solution Architect in Torrance, CA to lead strategic technology architecture for the CX Architecture Unit within the IT department.

You will design scalable, high‑load web solutions and drive architectural decisions across portfolios. The role requires 5+ years in enterprise architecture, strong cloud and Sitecore/Salesforce experience, and a track record of digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years managing technology portfolios supporting corporate functions (Marketing, Compliance, IT operations).
• 5+ years enterprise architecture with target-state roadmaps for large portfolios.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure).
• Sitecore architecture expertise including content delivery vs. content management and performance optimization.
• Experience with Salesforce architecture, integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, and Apex/Lightning is a plus.
• Strong development background in C# / .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC / Web API.
• Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD and automated deployments.

Responsibilities

• Define current and future architectures and develop roadmaps to target states.
• Lead solution architecture for high‑impact programs and guide architectural decisions.
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide hands‑on guidance to development teams.
• Ensure designs conform to enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
