Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or a technology-related field.
• 2+ years of CRM-related architecture or contact-center technology experience.
• Experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform; APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for CX-Hub products and capabilities.
• Develop future-state architecture blueprints and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to implement scalable CRM solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions and vendor evaluations based on technical fit and business value.
• Support hybrid, globally distributed teams and ensure alignment with Ford standards and policies.
