Job summary

Better Impact Inc. is seeking a CX Enablement Communication Advisor to translate complex product updates into clear communications for customers and CX teams. You’ll manage release notes, announcements, campaigns, and enablement materials, coordinating with Product, Customer Success, Implementation, Support, and Enablement to keep messaging aligned.

This role can be performed remotely, emphasizing audience, timing, and effective outcomes to drive adoption and understanding of product changes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer communications, product communications, or related fields.
• Excellent writing and editing, plus ability to simplify complex information.
• Experience with SaaS, CX, or product marketing is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own communication planning for product releases and customer changes from planning to launch.
• Translate complex product info into clear customer and employee communications.
• Create campaigns to build awareness and adoption of capabilities.
• Coordinate with Product, CX, Implementation, Support, and Enablement teams.
• Manage messaging, terminology, and in‑product language recommendations.
• Analyze engagement and feedback to continuously improve communications.
